You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to promptly update your Account details if any information changes. 639ph reserves the right to verify all information provided and to suspend Accounts pending verification or where discrepancies are identified.
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 639ph login credentials — your username, password, and any one-time authentication codes issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 639ph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify 639ph support immediately. You agree to cooperate fully with any investigation 639ph undertakes in connection with potential unauthorized access, including providing any documentation or information we reasonably request.
Your 639ph Account is for your personal use only. You may not permit any other individual to access or use your Account, place wagers on your behalf, or receive winnings from your Account. Account sharing is a prohibited activity under Section 9.
639ph is required by PAGCOR to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. You agree to submit valid Philippine government-issued identity documents — including but not limited to your PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, Passport, UMID, SSS, or GSIS card — and a live selfie photograph when requested. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a request may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawal requests until verification is satisfied.
639ph accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank bank transfer, UnionBank InstaPay, Coins.ph, and USDT cryptocurrency. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 639ph's discretion.
Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to your 639ph Wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers may require additional processing time depending on the originating bank's InstaPay infrastructure. USDT deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain network confirmations.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and Maya deposits. Minimum deposit amounts for other payment methods are displayed on the deposit page within your Account. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in the suspension of your Account pending investigation.
639ph reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into your Account at any time, as required by PAGCOR anti-money laundering compliance obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory source of funds documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal access until documentation is provided.
No withdrawal will be processed from a 639ph Account until KYC verification has been completed and approved by the 639ph compliance team. This is a non-negotiable PAGCOR requirement. Attempting to withdraw before KYC is completed will result in the withdrawal request being held in a pending state until verification is satisfactory.
639ph's standard GCash withdrawal processing time is 1 to 2 hours from the moment your request is approved. Maya withdrawals typically process within 1 to 3 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) are processed within the same business day during Philippine banking hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). USDT withdrawals typically process within 30 to 60 minutes following network confirmation.
These processing times represent 639ph's operational standards and are not guaranteed service level commitments. Processing may be delayed in circumstances including but not limited to: technical outages at payment providers, heightened compliance review of specific transactions, or force majeure events outside 639ph's control.
Minimum withdrawal amounts are ₱500 for GCash and Maya. Minimum withdrawal amounts for other payment methods are displayed on the withdrawal page within your Account. Maximum single-transaction and daily withdrawal limits apply and are visible in your Account dashboard. VIP tier members may have elevated withdrawal limits as part of their tier benefits.
639ph applies a same-method withdrawal policy where practicable — withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is an anti-money laundering control required under PAGCOR compliance obligations. Where the same-method policy cannot be applied, 639ph will notify you of available alternative withdrawal methods.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the remaining Bonus balance. Real-money funds in excess of active bonus requirements may be withdrawn at any time subject to the standard KYC and processing requirements above.
639ph offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are offered at 639ph's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice, except where a bonus is actively claimed and in progress.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and maximum convertible amount are specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Where bonus and real-money balances coexist in your Wallet, real-money funds are wagered first unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
639ph reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, low-risk betting patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, or any form of coordinated activity between multiple Accounts to claim bonuses. Repeated or egregious bonus abuse may result in permanent Account suspension.
Certain promotions at 639ph may be restricted by Player segment, deposit method, geographic location, or minimum activity requirements. Players using specific payment methods (for example, e-wallet deposits may be excluded from certain promotions) or accessing the Platform from outside the Philippines may not be eligible for all promotions. Eligibility criteria are detailed in each promotion's specific terms.
All games available on the 639ph Platform are subject to the individual rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm your acceptance of the applicable game rules. 639ph's platform features games from licensed third-party providers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Habanero, Evolution Gaming, and SA Gaming. Game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software independently audited by accredited testing laboratories.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during active gameplay, 639ph's system logs will be used to determine the outcome of the affected wager. Where a malfunction prevents the recording of a valid game result, the wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to your Wallet. 639ph's decision in technical disputes is final subject to the appeals process in Section 15.

639ph does not sell your personal data to third parties. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 639ph's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of the Player's Account balance at the time the claim arises.
639ph is not liable for: (a) any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data; (c) any failure of third-party services including but not limited to payment providers, telecommunications infrastructure, or game software providers; (d) any delay in withdrawal processing caused by payment provider outages or force majeure events; or (e) any interruption to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance.
Nothing in this Section limits 639ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law, including PAGCOR-mandated player protections.
639ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at any time for the following reasons: (a) breach of these Terms and Conditions; (b) engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; (d) provision of false or misleading registration information; (e) PAGCOR or law enforcement instruction; or (f) any other conduct that 639ph determines poses a risk to the platform, its players, or its regulatory standing.
In the event of Account termination for reasons other than breach or fraud, any remaining balance in your Wallet (after deduction of any Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the originating payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting 639ph support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Prior to Account closure, all pending wagers will be settled according to their respective outcomes and any eligible balance returned to your designated withdrawal method.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days of the dispute being raised in writing, either party may submit the dispute to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism applicable to its licensed operators, or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
For game-specific disputes, 639ph's official game logs and system records constitute the primary evidentiary record. Where a dispute involves a third-party game provider's software, 639ph will cooperate with the relevant provider to investigate and resolve the issue in a timely manner.
639ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — 639ph will provide at least fourteen (14) days' notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account prior to the amended terms taking effect. Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication.
The version of the Terms and Conditions effective at the time of any particular transaction or event governs that transaction or event. The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always accessible at 639ph.club/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
